I accept responsibility for all prompts, goals, tool permissions, file access, terminal commands, API calls, automations, outputs, modifications to blueprint files, and uses I initiate, approve, or execute after delivery. I understand Aksel does not control or monitor my execution environment after delivery, and that illegal, harmful, or risky uses are my responsibility alone. I have read the Terms & Risk Notice, including prompt-injection risks, third-party tool risks, and the section on model, provider, open-source, and OpenClaw drift. I understand that AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others), open-source tools, and separate tools/projects such as OpenClaw may change, be discontinued, or stop working after purchase, and Aksel has no obligation to update the Blueprint Pack or support migrations in those cases, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. For immediate digital access: I consent to supply of the digital Blueprint Pack beginning immediately, and I understand that my right of withdrawal may be affected once supply begins, where applicable under EU consumer law.
